Level 2: Road Ready: Bike Handling Boot Camp is for people who are able to ride a 2-wheel bike. but who want guided practice to improve their skills. Level 2: Road Ready: Bike Handling Boot Camp will help you improve your bike handling skills, and enable you to control your bike with confidence. You'll learn how to be the boss of your bike in an empty parking lot during the first 2 sessions to prepare you to go on a ride on the bike paths of Redmond (weather permitting) in session 3. Level 2: Road Ready: Bike Handling Boot Camp consists of three 3-hour sessions on consecutive Saturdays. You must be able to attend all 3 sessions. Level 2: Road Ready: Bike Handling Boot Camp meets in Redmond at the City Hall campus. We use the Public Safety Building as our classroom space, and the nearby parking lots and trails for riding. Don't have a bike? No problem. You can rent one from me for just $30. Just pay me by cash or check on the first day of class. Bike helmets are required for this class (with exceptions for certain religious head wear). Don't have a bike helmet? No problem. You can buy a CPSC-approved bike helmet from me for just $20 cash or check on the first day of class. You can also buy one from any bike shop. Level 2: Road Ready! Bike Handling Boot Camp dates/times: More classes will be coming in Spring 2024. Sign up here to get the latest news on all my classes. Cost: $145 for residents of Redmond, $174 for non-residents.
